First Game Checklist

Make sure to bring all of these to the first game:

• stick
• goggles
• mouth guard (cannot be white or clear)
• WATER
• Participation Waiver (if you haven’t submitted it)
• Payment (if you haven’t paid)

All players MUST submit the Participation Waiver and Payment in order to play. There will be no exceptions.
