Registration

Registration is now open! You can find all forms for registration under “Register” in our Menu. You must have all forms completed, turned in, and fees paid before participating in games.

Registration Checklist:

• Individual Player Registration Form
• Participation Waiver
• Participation Fee ($35) – Venmo @utahcountylacrosse
• Current US Lacrosse Membership
• Team Registration Form (if registering as a team)

Players must provide their own equipment:

• women’s lacrosse stick
• lacrosse eye protection (goggles, helmet)
• mouth guard (not white or clear)
• athletic shorts and shoes

Registration deadline is Friday, June 19.
