Team Registration

You do not need to have a team to participate in Summer Sevens. However, registering as a team will ensure that your entire group gets on the same team. In order to register as a team you must fill out the Team Registration Form and each player must also fill out an Individual Player Registration Form and have a current US Lacrosse Membership. Team Registrations will not be honored without each player submitting the Individual Player Registration Form, Participation Waiver, and Participation Fee.

A team must have a minimum of 8 players to register as a team and a maximum of 10 players. Any team registration forms that do not fit these parameters will not be accepted and players will be registered individually and placed on a team.

Registration deadline for teams and individuals is Friday, June 19.
